Week 7-The Prosecution is struggling mightily, no witness to date has provided any overwhelming evidence of Karen Read’s guilt. Boston Patrol Officer Kelly Dever was a complete and utter disaster. She simply appeared to be lying, why is the only question. This witness actually used the words “False Memory” after saying she saw the Chief of police and ATF agent Brian Higgins for a long time, by themselves. What a S-Show! The week did not get any better for the prosecution as the week proceeded. Hank Brennan the “special” prosecutor, apparently grated on the jury, with his cross examination of Dr. Marie Russell, Officer Barros and Lucky Loughlin, Jurors were reported to be openly rolling their eyes at the prosecution, never a good sign.
