Henry was a typical 15yr old kid, growing up in an all American community, a throw back to a more neighborly time. Swampscott Ma. was largely crime free until this tragedy. The case was hampered by a torrential rain storm, prior to Henry's discover. The investigation went off the rails before it had even begun. Investigative blunders followed.
