Karen Read March 16 2025-A flurry of motions with no chance of dismal
A flurry of motions with a sprinkling of missing witnesses, was on display in the Karen Read case last week. Aiden Kearney is listed as a Prosecution witness, while Allie McCabe is removed. Allie’s timeline seemingly proved too problematic for the state. Dighton Sgt. Barros was also left off the Prosecution witness list. Don’t worry, the Defense will call them both.
