Why did Norfolk County bring in a ringer for Karen Read's Retrial? A mob lawyer has to clean up this mess?
Apparently there are no competent homicide prosecutors in Norfolk's County's District Attorney's office! Elected DA Mike Morrissey has inexplicably hired a "Special Prosecutor" to retry Karen Read for 2nd degree murder. Are there no prosecutors willing to take this S-sandwich of a case? No one is prepared to commit career suicide perhaps? There is NO confidence in Adam Lally and his second chair. Hank Brennan, Whitey Bulger's defense attorney has been selected to retry Karen Read, at the taxpayer's expense. What a mess!
Does Brennan have authority to drop the murder charge or dos he have to accept the case as is? NO information on that account was released, surprised? It's going to be interesting at any rate! Please SHARE!
